UNIFI Business Broadband Registration

Starting July 2012, we have enforce & strengthen the requirements on supporting documents for both UNIFI & BUSINESS BROADBAND submission. Please to be informed all the requirements based on feedback from the Audit team.

Please refer for the summary of the letter :-

FOR PERSONAL,

Must include �C     NRIC of applicant,

-          Authorized letter (MUST
be include Customer��s Name, Customer��s IC, agent that has the authority
to register the order with IC, package that customer want to apply)

-          Photo of premise �C inside, outside & unit number of the premise

We
will also send to you the hardcopy for the official letter on this 
matter, & we need your feedback (Acceptance Form) latest by 9^th July 2012.

Dear resellers

Please take note starting on JULY 2012 onwards,
we will enforce on supporting documents that need to be submit together
with application form. If refer to the attachment,  you can refer for 
what documentation needed for the commission claim purposes.

REMINDER on commission claim, we will not proceed the invoice IF:-

1)      INCOMPLETE SUPPORTING DATA �C no IC / NO FORM 49, 24 & 9

2)      No company stamping at the application form - please refer your agreement Clause 5.5 (f) (ii)

3)      We
will enforce your team, every copy of IC, FORM 49, 24 & 9 must be 
stamp with the CoSec & CERTIFIED TRUE COPY  by your agent. Must 
include their name & their company with their contact number.

Failure to do so, we have right to reject the of 
the application. [ you may refer to your agreement,  Clause 5.7 (b) 
& Clause 5.7 (c)]

4)      IF
you may encounter situation if your agent received the Photostat copy 
due to customer not at the nearby location, (submission of email maybe 
thru email @ fax) we still allowed to do so, but still we need the  all 
the forms to be complied to the rules (1) (2) & (3)

5)      SME
will not accept any registration of biz package under personal and will
not proceed with commission payment for customer under that category.

ONE MONTH WAIVER for OIAB & OIAB Plus effective on 1st August until 30th September 2012

Withdrawal of RM1000 Deposit for UniFi Foreign Customer

GOOD NEWS. Effective 1st of August 2012, the RM1000 deposit for foreigners or non-Malaysian citizens will be withdrawn from the subscription of UniFi package. Hence, UniFi application for foreigners will be available at all channels from 1st of August 2012 onwards.

Discontinuation of Super Speed Me package effective 1st August 2012

The Super Speed Me package will be discontinued effective 1st August 2012. This is applicable to all TM Broadband packages including UniFi and Streamyx & Phone. Please remove all collaterals related to the package immediately by Tuesday, 31st July 2012. The pricing plan for this package will be removed from the system on 7th August 2012. Kindly ensure all back log of orders are cleared before the end date.

Withdrawal of One Month Waiver for Office in a Box; ZERO Entry Promo still available until further notice.

Kindly settle all your pending orders and back log for this promo before 9th of July 2012, all orders cannot be proceed/ registered after that. TM Business Broadband (Streamyx & Unifi) Not Allow To Register Under Personal Name Effective On 1st of July 2012.

Please to inform that, all TM Business Braodband's (Streamyx & Unifi) applications are not allow to register under personal name effective on 1st of July 2012. All application must be registered by using company name with business registration number (BR no).

How to search Streamyx installer or contractor after registration

Kindly refer the link 'http://sams.tm.net.my/MarketingCenter/search.asp'. For those order which requested TM authorized installer for the Streamyx installation, this link may help you to find out the installer's name & contact number. The installer's name will appear in the link 1 to 2 days after registration done. You can search by 'ADSL Service Number(Streamyx tel no.)' ; 'CASS Order Number' or 'Customer Login'. To search by ADSL Service Number, you need to key in the number as follow : for klang valley - 00312345678; for East Malaysia - 08200123456; for others - 00701234567. Beside, you can check the jumpering status from this page. From the indicator 'J': For copper line, if the symbol 'tick' in red colour means Jumper setting haven't done; if in green colour means Jumper setting done. For fiber line, if the alphabet 'F' in red colour means Jumper setting haven't done; if in green colour means Jumper setting done. Important: If you found that the status at this link shows 'Pending Cancel', kindly verify with customer that they requested for cancellation or not. And revert back to us if customer need to continue the service. We will re-register the order immediately. It is because currently we found a lot of our Streamyx's order being hijacked by others after cancellation.
