GOOD NEWS. Effective 1st of August 2012, the RM1000 deposit for foreigners or non-Malaysian citizens will be withdrawn from the subscription of UniFi package. Hence, UniFi application for foreigners will be available at all channels from 1st of August 2012 onwards.

Please remove all collaterals related to the package immediately by Tuesday, 31st July 2012. The pricing plan for this package will be removed from the system on 7th August 2012. Kindly ensure all back log of orders are cleared before the end date.

TM Business Broadband (Streamyx & Unifi) Not Allow To Register Under Personal Name Effective On 1st of July 2012.

Please to inform that, all TM Business Braodband's (Streamyx & Unifi) applications are not allow to register under personal name effective on 1st of July 2012. All application must be registered by using company name with business registration number (BR no).
How to search Streamyx installer or contractor after registration

Kindly refer the link 'http://sams.tm.net.my/MarketingCenter/search.asp'. For those order which requested TM authorized installer for the Streamyx installation, this link may help you to find out the installer's name & contact number. The installer's name will appear in the link 1 to 2 days after registration done. You can search by 'ADSL Service Number(Streamyx tel no.)' ; 'CASS Order Number' or 'Customer Login'. To search by ADSL Service Number, you need to key in the number as follow : for klang valley - 00312345678; for East Malaysia - 08200123456; for others - 00701234567.

Beside, you can check the jumpering status from this page.
From the indicator 'J':
For copper line, if the symbol 'tick' in red colour means Jumper setting haven't done; if in green colour means Jumper setting done.
For fiber line, if the alphabet 'F' in red colour means Jumper setting haven't done; if in green colour means Jumper setting done.

Important:
If you found that the status at this link shows 'Pending Cancel', kindly verify with customer that they requested for cancellation or not. And revert back to us if customer need to continue the service. We will re-register the order immediately.
It is because currently we found a lot of our Streamyx's order being hijacked by others after cancellation.
